About the event
Transformative breath is a form of breath work that induces a psychedelic state of consciousness. In this state people experience a range of deep, and often very meaningful and life changing states of consciousness.
Some of these experiences are things like resolving deeply held wounds from birth, or childhood. Meeting what we often perceive as spirit guides or conversations with loved ones who are no longer alive. Profound insight into the depths of ourselves, and how we can exist in a way that serves our greater good. These are just a few to name the vast experiences people have shared in doing this work.
It is my enthusiastic honor to offer this work in a safe, and held environment with others. However, there are a few things to be aware of so this can be safe for everyone.

What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a therapeutic and self-exploration practice. This form of breathwork is typically conducted in group settings and involves a combination of controlled breathing techniques, evocative music, and a supportive and safe environment. The core idea behind this practice is that altered states of consciousness can be induced through deep and rapid breathing, which can lead to profound insights, emotional release, and healing. Participants engage in prolonged, rhythmic breathing patterns that are designed to increase oxygen and alter the balance of gasses in the body, potentially leading to altered states of consciousness.
